Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Saicho purchase.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase due to Leakages, Torn & Dirty Labels or Manufacturer’s Defect, please email us at mailorder@crystalwines.com with photographic proof and your purchase details within 7 days from the date of receipt of goods.

We will contact you within 7 working days to proceed with a refund or exchange of items.

Crystal Wines receives the right to evaluate refunds and exchanges on a case-by-case basis.
