FIVE YEAR PLAN

INGREDIENTS
50ml Gin
20ml Fresh lemon juice
10ml Orgeat syrup
15ml Egg white
50ml Saicho Jasmine

GLASS & GARNISH
Serve in a fizz/small highball

METHOD
Add all ingredients except Saicho Jasmine to a cocktail shaker and shake without ice. Add ice to the shaker and shake hard again to create a thick foam. Fine strain into a chilled glass with no ice, then pour the Saicho Jasmine carfully into the glass. Stir gently, then serve.
